Croft House and Newport House

The Right To Manage was acquired on 1 May 2015 via Brock End RTM Company Ltd which took responsibility for managing Croft House and Newport House. With effect from 1 May 2015 the freeholder and its agents were no longer able to exercise any management functions or invoice service charges or administration charges in respect of these properties.
The above legislation is set out in sections 96 and 97 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002

Southwich House

The Right To Manage was acquired on 1 November 2016 via Southwich House RTM Company Ltd which appointed Brock End RTM Company Ltd to take responsibility on its behalf to manage Southwich House. With effect from 1 November 2016 the freeholder and its agents were no longer able to exercise any management functions or invoice service charges or administration charges in respect of this property.

Scott House and Betjeman House

The Right To Manage was acquired on 1 April 2017 via Cricklade Street RTM Company Ltd which appointed Brock End RTM Company Ltd to take responsibility on its behalf to manage Scott House and Betjeman House. With effect from 1 April 2017 the freeholder and its agents were no longer able to exercise any management functions or invoice service charges or administration charges in respect of these properties.

Viletts House

The Right To Manage was acquired on 1 January 2018 via Villets House RTM Company Ltd which appointed Brock End RTM Company Ltd to take responsibility on its behalf to manage Viletts House. With effect from 1 January 2018 the freeholder and its agents were no longer able to exercise any management functions or invoice service charges or administration charges in respect of this property.
