The Right to Manage Company, Brock End RTM Company Ltd is jointly owned by the leaseholders who are all entitled to be members of the company. Brock End RTM Company Ltd is the vehicle through which the Right To Manage was exercised for Croft House and Newport House on 1 May 2015.  The company is responsible for managing the premises including grounds during the remaining term of the lease.
